FROM MARK'S MAMA....

Aloha family and friends,

What a week this has been! Your support, networking, and votes have safely moved Mark on to Week 4 of the SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE competition. Mark was very happy to have his two older sisters, Rhesa and Jeanine, spend the week in LA and attend the show tapings (I still think their distinct screams can be heard on the audio when Mark hits the on stage!!!). Rhesa and Jeanine return home home tomorrow, and they have been able to spend some time with Mark after the shows and rehearsals. Mark had his first experience of being approached by fans while at Farmer's Market, and his two big sisters were there to "protect" him.

Mark is one of 14 Dancers moving into the 4th week of the competition. I think from here on in the pace is going to pick up, the demands on the dancers will increase, and the competition will get a lot tougher. Every single vote is going to make a huge difference for Mark. We are all so happy for Mark and thank each of you for supporting and believing in him. Mark is living his dreams and we are blessed to have family and friends experiencing these remarkable moments in Mark's life together with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you for voting week after week and for continuing to spread the word about Mark.

I will be flying up next week Wednesday to attend the results show on Thursday to provide support to Mark, and will be taking lei for the dancers. Again, my deep and sincere mahalo to Mano, Colette and Jay for sharing your airline buddy passes with us - we would not be able to make the weekly trips without your kindness and generosity. Thank you so, so much for allowing someone from our family to be in LA to support Mark every week.
